Accommodation Regulations

Every guest wishing to stay at the hotel must register at the reception upon arrival by presenting a valid photo ID that includes full personal details (name, surname, ID number). If necessary, the hotel may also request additional contact information, such as an email address or phone number. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who fails to provide valid identification.

Guests are required to comply with the Hotel’s Accommodation Rules. In case of a breach of these rules, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation or any other services immediately, even before the agreed period ends, without any entitlement to a refund. The Hotel’s Accommodation Rules are available on the public noticeboard at the hotel reception.
